What Does WorkSafeBC Cover at Intercept?

Physiotherapy

  • Maximum of 15 visits within 6 weeks of your injury

  • A doctor’s referral is not needed

  • Approved claims qualify for treatment within 60 days of injury. If the 60-day timeframe has passed, please contact WCB for approval before booking an appointment.

  • Extensions available


Massage Therapy

  • Max of 6 treatments with the first 8 weeks of injury

  • A doctor’s referral is needed

  • Extensions available

  • Report your injury over the phone by calling WorkSafeBC at 1-888-621-7233 (1-888-621-SAFE).


Information ICBC Needs From You:

  • Driver's License number.

  • Vehicle Plate number.

  • Date of Accident.

  • Date of injury.

  • Description of the accident and injury.
