Immediate Steps Post-Accident: Report Your Accident
1. Online Reporting:
Go to the ICBC claim reporting page. (https://www.icbc.com/claims/report-view/Pages/Report-a-claim-online.aspx)
Log in using your BC Services Card or online banking credentials.

Call ICBC at 604-520-8222 (Lower Mainland) or 1-800-910-4222 (toll-free), available 24/71.
Information ICBC Needs From You:
Driver's License number.
Vehicle Plate number.
Date of Accident.

Getting Started with Treatment at Intercept
Immediate Access to Treatment
You don't need to wait for a support and recovery specialist to contact you before seeking treatment with Intercept. Within the first 12 weeks post-accident, you can receive treatment from Intercept’s healthcare practitioners without needing a doctor’s referral, fully covered by ICBC.
What Intercept Needs to Begin your Treatment:

Longer-Term Treatment
If you and your Intercept clinician believe you require additional treatment beyond the initial 12 weeks, our clinician can submit an extended treatment plan to ICBC for approval. We are committed to helping you recover and return to doing what you love.
